Simple Baked Tofu

Ingredients

  • 15 g cornstarch
  • 2 g garlic powder
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 2 g paprika
  • 30 ml soy sauce
  • 450 g tofu

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, and paprika.
Step 4
Add the tofu cubes to the bowl and gently toss to coat them in the marinade.
Step 5
Sprinkle the cornstarch over the tofu and toss again to evenly coat.
Step 6
Spread the tofu cubes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 7
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning the tofu halfway through, until the tofu is golden brown and crispy.
Step 8
Serve hot or allow to cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
