Directions
Step 1
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the bacon fat in the pan.

Add the diced chicken to the pan and cook until browned and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.

Lower the heat and add the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Mozzarella cheese, Cheddar cheese, and cream cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.

In a small bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, salt, and black pepper. Slowly add the egg mixture to the sauce, stirring constantly until well combined.
