Ingredients

  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1.5 kg sirloin tip roast
  • 2 tsp thyme

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
Rub the sirloin tip roast with olive oil.
Step 3
Combine garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
Step 4
Rub the spice mixture all over the roast.
Step 5
Place the roast on a rack in a roasting pan.
Step 6
Roast in the preheated oven for about 60-75 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 63°C (145°F) for medium-rare.
Step 7
Remove the roast from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
