  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a shallow dish, mix the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

In another shallow dish, beat the eggs.
Step 4
Dip each chicken breast in the beaten eggs, then coat with the Parmesan mixture, pressing down to adhere.

Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Step 6
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.

Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
