Ingredients

  • 450 g beef
  • 120 ml beef broth
  • 5 g black pepper
  • 15 g cornstarch
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 10 g ginger
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 30 ml oyster sauce
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 5 ml sesame oil
  • 60 ml soy sauce
  • 10 g sugar
  • 30 ml vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1
In a bowl, combine soy sauce and cornstarch. Add the sliced beef and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Add the marinated beef to the skillet and stir-fry until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
Step 4
In the same skillet, add the bell peppers and onion. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
Step 5
Add the garlic and ginger to the skillet and stir-fry for another minute.
Step 6
Return the beef to the skillet. Add beef broth, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Stir to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Step 7
Drizzle with sesame oil before serving. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
