Directions
Step 1
Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and mash them.

Finely chop the cabbage and blanch it in boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain well.

In a large frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft and translucent.

Add the mashed potatoes and blanched cabbage to the pan, mixing well.

Press the mixture down into the pan and cook until the bottom is crispy and golden brown.

Flip the mixture over and cook the other side until crispy and golden brown as well.
Step 8
Season with salt and black pepper to taste before serving.
