  • 60 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 15 ml Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 15 ml honey
  • 180 ml olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
In a small bowl or jar, combine the balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, honey, salt, and black pepper.
Step 2
Whisk or shake the ingredients together until well combined.
Step 3
Slowly add the olive oil while continuously whisking, or add it to the jar and shake until the dressing is emulsified.
Step 4
Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
Step 5
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to one week. Shake well before each use.
