  • 15 grams cilantro
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 5 grams ginger
  • 4 green onions
  • 450 grams ground chicken
  • 60 ml hoisin sauce
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 15 ml sesame oil
  • 60 ml soy sauce
  • 200 grams water chestnuts

Directions

Step 1
Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the ground chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in the garlic and ginger, cooking for another 2 minutes.

Add the soy sauce and hoisin sauce, stirring to coat the chicken evenly.

Mix in the green onions, water chestnuts, and shredded carrots, cooking for another 3-4 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in the chopped cilantro.
