  • 60 grams butter
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 500 grams chicken breasts
  • 1000 ml chicken broth
  • 250 grams flour
  • 240 ml milk
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon thyme

Directions

Step 1
In a large pot, combine the chicken breasts, chicken broth, sliced carrots, celery, and chopped onion.
Step 2
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.

Remove the chicken from the pot and shred it into bite-sized pieces.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
