  • 0.5 cup ground flaxseed
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, ground flaxseed, peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract.

Stir the mixture until it is well combined and forms a cohesive dough.

Using a spoon or a cookie scoop, portion out the dough and roll it into balls about 1 inch in diameter.

Place the energy bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
