  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 jalapeño
  • 240 ml lime juice
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 500 grams shrimp

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the shrimp and lime juice. Make sure the shrimp are fully submerged in the lime juice.
Step 2
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 20 minutes, or until the shrimp turn opaque and are fully 'cooked' by the lime juice.
Step 3
Add the cucumber, red onion, jalapeños, cilantro, salt, and black pepper to the shrimp and lime juice mixture. Mix well to combine.
Step 4
Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.
Step 5
Serve immediately with tortilla chips or tostadas.
