  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 120 g breadcrumbs
  • 240 ml chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 60 g parmesan cheese
  • 15 g parsley
  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Step 3
Cut a deep pocket into each pork chop, being careful not to cut all the way through.
Step 4
Stuff each pork chop with the breadcrumb mixture and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
Step 5
Heat some olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork chops on both sides until golden brown.
Step 6
Pour the chicken broth into the skillet and transfer it to the preheated oven.
Step 7
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through and the stuffing is hot.
