  • 10 g baking powder
  • 600 g blueberries
  • 115 g butter
  • 180 g flour
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 240 ml milk
  • 1 g salt
  • 200 g sugar

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine the blueberries, 100g of sugar, and lemon juice. Mix well and set aside.
Step 3
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and remaining 100g of sugar.
Step 4
Add the milk to the dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
Step 5
Melt the butter and pour it into a baking dish.
Step 6
Pour the batter over the melted butter. Do not stir.
Step 7
Spoon the blueberry mixture evenly over the batter. Do not stir.
Step 8
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the crust comes out clean.
Step 9
Let the cobbler cool slightly before serving. Enjoy it warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream if desired.
