Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a medium saucepan, combine the beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.

While the au jus is simmering, open the hoagie rolls and place them on a baking sheet.
