  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 240 ml chicken broth
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 450 g turnip greens

Directions

Step 1
Rinse the turnip greens thoroughly under cold water to remove any dirt or grit. Chop the greens into bite-sized pieces.

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic to the pot and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
