  • 250 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 425 g canned pumpkin puree
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp cloves
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g granulated sugar
  • 0.5 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 120 ml vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.

In another bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
