Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the mixture all over the rack of lamb, ensuring it is evenly coated.
