  • 30 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 60 ml bourbon
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 15 g cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 60 ml ketchup
  • 80 ml soy sauce
  • 15 ml water

Directions

Step 1
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, bourbon, apple cider vinegar, ketchup, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
