  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon dill
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 500 grams Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
Peel and grate the cucumber, then squeeze out the excess moisture using a cheesecloth or a clean kitchen towel.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Step 4
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Step 5
Serve chilled with pita bread, fresh vegetables, or as a sauce for grilled meats.
