  • 115 g butter
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 200 g graham cracker crumbs
  • 120 ml key lime juice
  • 2 tsp lime zest
  • 50 g sugar
  • 400 g sweetened condensed milk

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Add the melted butter and mix until the crumbs are well-coated.

Press the crumb mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust.

Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Let it cool on a wire rack.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, key lime juice, and lime zest until well combined.

Pour the lime mixture into the cooled crust.
