  • 4 slices bacon
  • 15 g butter
  • 120 g cheddar cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 30 ml milk
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F).

Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Step 3
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat, then add the egg mixture. Cook until just set but still slightly runny.

Spread the scrambled eggs evenly over the pizza dough.

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and cooked bacon over the eggs.
