  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups white rice

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2
Cook the rice according to package instructions.

In a large pot, cook the chicken breasts until no longer pink. Remove and shred into bite-sized pieces.

Steam the broccoli florets until tender.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, and shredded cheddar cheese.

In a separate bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
