  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 450 g spinach

Directions

Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 2
Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Step 3
Add the fresh spinach to the skillet in batches, stirring frequently until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Season with salt and black pepper, and drizzle with lemon juice.
