  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 branzino fish
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Step 2
Place the branzino fish on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 3
Drizzle the fish with olive oil and rub it evenly over the surface.
Step 4
Stuff the cavity of each fish with minced garlic, lemon slices, and fresh thyme leaves.
Step 5
Sprinkle the fish with salt and black pepper.
Step 6
Arrange the cherry tomatoes around the fish on the baking sheet.
Step 7
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Step 8
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
