  • 3 apples
  • 10 g baking powder
  • 5 g cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 ml milk
  • 1 g salt
  • 200 g sugar
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 120 ml vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.

In a medium bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs, oil, and vanilla extract together. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing well.
