  • 60 g butter
  • 240 ml corn syrup
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g pecans
  • 1 pie crust
  • 1 g salt
  • 200 g sugar
  • 5 ml vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).

Roll out the pie crust and fit it into a 9-inch pie dish.
Step 3
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

Stir in the pecans until they are evenly coated.

Pour the pecan mixture into the prepared pie crust.

Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
