  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 30 g cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 green onions
  • 60 ml honey
  • 60 ml ketchup
  • 30 ml rice vinegar
  • 15 ml sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 50 ml soy sauce
  • 60 ml water

Directions

Step 1
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, ketchup, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger.

In another small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
Step 4
Heat a large pan over medium-high heat and add some oil.

Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook until golden brown and cooked through.

Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and stir to coat.
