Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 400 g black beans
  • 150 g cheddar cheese
  • 200 g corn
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 lime
  • 0.5 red onion
  • 120 ml salsa
  • 120 ml sour cream
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 200 g tortilla chips

Directions

Step 1
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Step 2
Add the taco seasoning mix to the ground beef according to the package instructions. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, and diced red onion.
Step 4
Add the drained and rinsed black beans, corn kernels, and shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl. Mix well.
Step 5
Top the salad mixture with the cooked ground beef.
Step 6
Add the crushed tortilla chips, sour cream, and salsa on top of the salad.
Step 7
Garnish with diced avocado and lime wedges before serving.
