  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 900 g new red potatoes
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Wash and cut the new red potatoes into quarters.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper.

Add the potato quarters to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture.

Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and fork-tender. Stir halfway through the cooking time to ensure even roasting.
