  • 115 grams crab meat
  • 225 grams cream cheese
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 500 milliliters vegetable oil
  • 24 wonton wrappers

Directions

Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, and soy sauce. Mix well until smooth.
Step 2
Place a teaspoon of the crab mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
Step 3
Moisten the edges of the wonton wrappers with water and fold them to form a triangle, pressing the edges to seal.
Step 4
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 5
Fry the wontons in batches for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown, turning occasionally.
Step 6
Remove the wontons with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
