  • 50 g celery
  • 6 eggs
  • 120 g mayonnaise
  • 15 g mustard
  • 30 g onion
  • 1 g paprika
  • 30 g pickle relish
  • 1 g salt

Directions

Step 1
Place the eggs in a medium saucepan and cover them with water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

Once the water reaches a rolling boil, cover the saucepan with a lid and remove it from the heat. Let the eggs sit in the hot water for 10-12 minutes.
Step 3
Drain the hot water and transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water to cool. Once cooled, peel the eggs and chop them into small pieces.

In a large bowl, combine the chopped eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, pickle relish, celery, and onion. Mix until well combined.
