  • 500 grams beef
  • 800 milliliters beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 carrot
  • 3 tablespoons curry powder
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 onion
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 potato
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Directions

Step 1
Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the onions, garlic, and ginger, and sauté until the onions are translucent.

Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides.

Add the carrots and potatoes, and cook for a few more minutes.

Sprinkle the flour and curry powder over the mixture, stirring well to combine.

Add the beef broth, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the sauce has thickened.
