Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).

In a large bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes until the breadcrumbs are softened.

Add the ground beef, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley to the breadcrumb mixture. Mix until well combined.
