  • 1 bell pepper
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 200 g cheddar cheese
  • 200 g cooked sausage
  • 12 eggs
  • 240 ml milk
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a large bowl, beat the eggs and milk together until well combined.
Step 3
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced bell pepper, diced onion, salt, and black pepper.
Step 4
Add the cooked sausage to the mixture and stir until evenly distributed.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Step 6
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the eggs are fully set.
Step 7
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
