Ingredients

  • 200 g diced tomatoes
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 100 g salsa
  • 150 g shredded cheddar cheese
  • 150 g shredded lettuce
  • 6 small bags of corn chips
  • 120 g sour cream
  • 30 g taco seasoning
  • 120 ml water

Directions

Step 1
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Step 2
Add the taco seasoning and water to the skillet. Stir to combine and let it simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Step 3
Open the small bags of corn chips carefully and slightly crush the chips inside the bag.
Step 4
Spoon a portion of the seasoned beef into each bag of chips.
Step 5
Top each bag with shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, sour cream, and salsa.
Step 6
Serve each walking taco with a fork and enjoy!
