Directions
Step 1
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the brown sugar and cinnamon, and cook, stirring, until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is bubbly.

Add the banana slices and cook until they are tender, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Carefully add the rum to the skillet. If you wish to flambé, use a long lighter to ignite the rum. Allow the flames to subside.
