  • 1 lb andouille sausage
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 4 corn on the cob
  • 2 lb crab legs
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 2 lb large shrimp
  • 2 lemon
  • 0.5 cup Old Bay seasoning
  • 0.5 cup parsley
  • 1 lb small red potatoes
  • 8 cups water

Directions

Step 1
Bring 8 cups of water to a boil in a large pot.
Step 2
Add the Old Bay seasoning, lemon halves, and smashed garlic cloves.
Step 3
Add the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Add the corn and sausage; cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 5
Add the shrimp and crab legs; cook until the shrimp are pink and the crab is heated through, about 3-5 minutes.
Step 6
Drain the seafood and vegetables, then transfer to a large serving platter.
Step 7
Drizzle the melted butter over the seafood and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
