  • 50 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 100 ml honey
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 2 kg pork ribs
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
Step 2
In a bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt to create the dry rub.
Step 3
Apply the dry rub generously over both sides of the pork ribs.
Step 4
Place the ribs in the smoker and cook for 3 hours.
Step 5
In a separate bowl, mix honey, apple cider vinegar, and mustard to make the glaze.
Step 6
After 3 hours, brush the ribs with the glaze and wrap them in aluminum foil.
Step 7
Return the wrapped ribs to the smoker and cook for an additional 2 hours.
Step 8
Remove the foil and brush the ribs with more glaze, then cook for another 30 minutes to 1 hour until they are tender.
Step 9
Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
