  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 115 g butter
  • 450 g fettuccine
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 240 ml heavy cream
  • 120 g parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 450 g shrimp

Directions

Step 1
Cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
Step 3
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
Step 4
Pour the heavy cream into the skillet and bring to a simmer. Gradually stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Step 5
Season the sauce with salt and black pepper. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
Step 6
Return the shrimp to the skillet and toss to combine. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
