  • 900 grams beef sirloin
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 1 red onion
  • 60 ml soy sauce
  • 30 ml Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and black pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.

Add the beef cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
