  • 200 g artichoke hearts
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 100 g kalamata olives
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 100 g provolone cheese
  • 1 red onion
  • 30 ml red wine vinegar
  • 100 g roasted red peppers
  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 100 g salami

Directions

Step 1
In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives, artichoke hearts, salami, provolone cheese, red onion, and roasted red peppers.
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, and black pepper to make the dressing.
Step 3
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
