In a blender, combine coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and white rum.

Add vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg to the blender.

Blend on high until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth.

Pour the mixture into a glass bottle or jar and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to chill.
