Coquito is a traditional Puerto Rican holiday drink similar to eggnog, made with coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, and rum. It's rich, creamy, and perfect for festive gatherings.

  • 1 cinnamon sticks
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 400 ml evaporated milk
  • 5 g ground cinnamon
  • 1 g ground nutmeg
  • 400 ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 240 ml white rum

Directions

Step 1
In a blender, combine coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and white rum.
Step 2
Add vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg to the blender.
Step 3
Blend on high until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into a glass bottle or jar and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to chill.
Step 5
Before serving, shake the bottle well to ensure the ingredients are mixed.
Step 6
Serve in small glasses, garnished with a cinnamon stick.
