In a large bowl, combine ground pork, cabbage, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onions. Mix well.

Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of a gyoza wrapper. Wet the edges with water and fold the wrapper in half, pinching the edges to seal.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the gyoza in a single layer and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.

Add water to the skillet and cover. Steam the gyoza until the water evaporates and the wrappers are tender.
Step 5
Remove the lid and cook for an additional 2 minutes until the bottoms are crisp again. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
