  • 1 banana
  • 150 grams berries
  • 5 grams cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 80 ml maple syrup
  • 480 ml milk
  • 240 grams rolled oats
  • 1 gram salt
  • 5 ml vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and mashed banana.
