  • 480 g powdered sugar
  • 1 g salt
  • 226 g unsalted butter
  • 115 g unsalted butter (for icing)
  • 40 g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 20 g unsweetened cocoa powder (for icing)
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 5 ml vanilla extract (for icing)
  • 240 ml water

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 13x18 inch sheet pan.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt. Set aside.
