  • 500 g carrots
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Peel and cut the carrots into evenly sized pieces.

In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper.
