  • 300 grams Cool Whip
  • 450 grams cream cheese
  • 200 grams graham cracker crumbs
  • 100 grams granulated sugar
  • 150 grams topping of choice
  • 100 grams unsalted butter
  • 5 ml vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are fully coated.
Step 2
Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
Step 3
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.

Add the vanilla extract and mix until well combined.

Gently fold in the Cool Whip until the mixture is well combined and smooth.

Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust and spread evenly.
