Directions
Step 1
In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Stir in the orzo and cook for 2-3 minutes, until the orzo is lightly toasted.

Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until the orzo is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed, about 10 minutes.

Stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese until the cheese is melted and the mixture is creamy.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley.
