  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 0.5 cup cilantro
  • 4 ears corn
  • 0.5 cup cotija cheese
  • 1 lime
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup sour cream

Directions

Step 1
Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
Step 2
Grill the corn for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the kernels are tender and slightly charred.

In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and sour cream.
Step 4
Brush the grilled corn with melted butter.
Step 5
Spread the mayonnaise and sour cream mixture over each ear of corn.
Step 6
Sprinkle with crumbled cotija cheese, chili powder, and chopped cilantro.

Serve with lime wedges for squeezing over the top.
