Preheat the oven to 165°C (325°F).

In a large bowl, mix together the ground lamb, ground beef, onion, garlic, oregano, cumin, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Transfer the meat mixture to a food processor and pulse until the mixture is finely ground and sticks together.

Press the meat mixture into a loaf pan, ensuring it is tightly packed.
